1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and criecx ("criecx", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the criecx website, or using any service or feature offered by criecx, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

criecx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where law requires otherwise. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the criecx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the criecx platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. criecx enforces a strict 18+ age restriction with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period imposed by criecx or any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a criecx account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

criecx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned after deducting any bonuses claimed. criecx takes underage gambling seriously and operates robust age-verification procedures accordingly.

criecx is intended for entertainment purposes and targets adult players in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. criecx does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside its operational scope.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the criecx platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, browser, IP address, payment method, or email address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, criecx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering a criecx account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all mandatory registration fields. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. criecx relies on the information you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. criecx strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. You agree to notify criecx immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. criecx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

• One account per player: Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and kept current.
• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• 2FA recommended: Two-factor authentication is available and strongly encouraged for all criecx accounts.
• Verification requests: criecx may request proof of identity (national ID, passport, driving licence) and proof of payment method at any time.

criecx employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses automated session-timeout protocols to protect inactive accounts. Despite these measures, criecx cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for security breaches resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including player-side device compromise.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on criecx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). criecx supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and criecx does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in your account dashboard. criecx does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which criecx bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by criecx within the following standard timeframes, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 15 minutes during BST peak hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 30 minutes during BST peak hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card-issuer processing times.

criecx reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where a player's account is under review for identity verification, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other compliance reason. Players will be notified via their registered email address or live chat in such cases. Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

criecx does not accept deposits made with the intention of withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay. Any deposit followed immediately by a withdrawal request, without substantive wagering activity, may be flagged as suspicious and subject to additional review. criecx's risk and compliance team makes all final determinations in such matters.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

criecx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus package of up to ৳20,000 for new players, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, BPL cricket free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of opt-in.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all criecx bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry period, and maximum withdrawal cap are disclosed in full in the bonus-specific terms. Players should read all bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.

• One bonus per player per promotion period: Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses is a terminable offence.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal. Wagering on games with restricted contribution percentages does not count in full toward the requirement.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum bonus withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated, maximum winnings that may be withdrawn from a single bonus offer are capped at ৳50,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Void conditions: criecx reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies, or exploitation of software errors.

Free bets issued as part of BPL or cricket promotions are non-withdrawable and must be used on eligible cricket betting markets within the stated validity period. Free bet stakes are not included in any winnings returned. criecx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its discretion, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where evidence of abuse or manipulation is found.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on criecx — including live casino titles, slot machines, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are accessible from the game information panel within the criecx platform.

By placing any wager on the criecx platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except where criecx's specific in-play rules expressly permit a cash-out or partial cash-out option.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be modified by criecx at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round or bet settlement, criecx will use its game provider's server-side logs to determine the correct outcome. If the server log is inconclusive, the affected bet may be declared void and the stake returned.
• criecx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including odds errors, incomplete information, or system malfunction.
• For sports betting, criecx follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding match result settlement, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international matches) will be used as the definitive source.
• Winnings from crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) are subject to the provably fair algorithm, which can be independently verified by any player using the verification tools available in the game interface after each round.

criecx does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, provider downtime, or technical issues. criecx accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of game unavailability during a maintenance window that was not communicated in advance.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the criecx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one criecx account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through hedging, matched betting with bonus funds, multi-accounting for duplicate bonus claims, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, card-marking tools, odds-scraping programs, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage in game outcomes or sports betting.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your criecx account. All such instances will be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
• Money laundering: Using the criecx platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds of illegal origin. criecx maintains active AML monitoring and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with criecx support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and the recovery of any funds disbursed.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or error in the platform to derive winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and must be returned.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

criecx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from a third party with standing (e.g., a verified next-of-kin acting under a responsible gaming protocol).

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any remaining balance in the account will be subject to review. Balances derived from bonus funds or from gameplay that violated these Terms will be forfeited. Clean, verifiable balance amounts derived from genuine, compliant deposits may be returned at criecx's discretion after deducting any amounts owed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the criecx support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Inactive accounts (no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified to the player's registered email address. Fees will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account by contacting criecx support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
